What we collect
When you book an electrician, we save your phone number, what you write about the fault, the time and the language of the page.
We also save how you found us: the first page you saw, the page you came from, and any campaign information in the link (for example utm parameters or a Google Ads click id).
We do not save your IP address. We save only a hash of it (HMAC-SHA-256 with a secret key), so that we can stop spam.
Why
We use the information to call you back, give you a price and do the job (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
With your consent we measure whether our ads work. Then we send a hash (SHA-256) of your phone number to Google, not the number itself (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw your consent at any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of the page.
How long
A request that does not become a job is deleted after 12 months.
Information about a job that was done is kept for 5 years after the financial year, because the Danish Bookkeeping Act requires it.
Who we share with
Our website runs on a server at Hostinger in the EU. With your consent we send measurements to Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) through a server at Stape in the EU.
We never sell your information.
Cookies
Necessary (always): XSRF-TOKEN and the session cookie protect the form. cookie-consent remembers your cookie choice for 12 months.
Statistics (only with consent): _ga and _ga_* from Google Analytics, up to 2 years.
Marketing (only with consent): _gcl_au and _gcl_aw from Google Ads, up to 90 days.
Your rights
You can see your information, have it corrected or deleted, and object. Write to info@akutelektrik.dk.
You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
