What we offer
We are an emergency electrician in Greater Copenhagen, day and night. We come out, find the fault and give you a fixed price for the repair.
The call-out and the fault finding are free, also at night, at weekends and on public holidays. If you say no to the price, the visit costs 0 DKK.
Price and agreement
All prices are in Danish kroner including VAT.
The agreement about the repair starts when you say yes to the fixed price. The price covers the work that we described to you.
If we find another fault during the work, we stop and give you a new price. We do no extra work before you say yes.
Payment
You pay when the work is done. You get an invoice with the agreed services and materials.
Right of withdrawal
You asked us to come out and do an urgent repair. So the right of withdrawal does not apply to the urgent repair (Danish Consumer Contracts Act, section 18(2)(9)).
If we agree on other work than the urgent repair during the visit, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for that work. If you ask us to start at once and withdraw later, you pay for the part that we already did.
Complaints about the work
You have the right to complain under the general rules of Danish law. Materials that we supply have a 2-year right to complain under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

Documentation
The work is done and documented as the rules for electrical installations require.
Disputes
If you are not satisfied, contact us first. We usually find a solution.
If we do not find a solution, you can complain to the Danish Board of Appeal, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg (naevneneshus.dk).
Governing law
Danish law applies to the agreement.
